A couple of tutorials I made, the quality (and Design Specs.) are different. Both were done in 2 days/sessions or less, they’re what I call ‘rush jobs’, but they’ll give you an idea of what you should be able to accomplish in 2 or 3 hours on a Mac using Jing:

The “professional” version of Jing is Camtasia Studio. It has a free trial that you may want to use. Windows only.
